Q: The connection is successful but the network speed is very slow?

A: Possible reasons and solutions: 1) The selected node is too far away → change to a node closer to you; 2) The node load is high → choose a node with low load (the Aox VPN node list will display the load); 3) The local network is inherently slow → disconnect the VPN and measure the naked connection speed comparison.

Q: Netflix prompts "A proxy is used"?

A: Common node IPs are marked by Netflix. Solution: Switch to Aox VPN's "Streaming Media Line" nodes (separate category in the node list), these nodes will change IP pools regularly. If you are still prompted, clear your browser/app cache and try again.

Q: Disney+ cannot be opened or is stuck loading?
